- Robina Nutrition Department HEN Clinic runs on a weekly basis from the Robina Health Precinct (RHP).
- As per Queensland Health directive patients receiving home enteral nutrition support should be reviewed at least six monthly.
- The clinic does not accept referrals from General Practitioners, alternatively GPs could refer to Central Intake Unit for dietetic input

Essential Referral Information
- Reason for referral
- Relevant Medical history
- Treatment to date including reason for commencement on home enteral nutrition
- Type of enteral nutrition prescribed
- Any relevant discharge arrangements
If a specific test result is unable to be obtained due to access, financial, religious, cultural or consent reasons a Clinical Override may be requested. This reason must be clearly articulated in the body of the referral.
